Altered Halloween Birdhouse

This project was born from my love of everything Halloween. I began with a dollar store birdhouse then, created crows feet from dowels, Popsicle sticks, and bake-able clay. Everything was given a coat of black gesso followed by black acrylic paint. Embellishments were leftovers from homemade costumes for the family's Halloween Disney trip. Most were trinkets from a local craft store.
